Оur team is growing and we are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Observing the applicable legislation and regulatory requirements governing the Company’s activities and the services it offers
Providing legal opinions and advice in all areas of the Company’s day-to-day activities, including on matters such as employment, GDPR, AML, commerce, court proceedings and others
Drafting, revising and executing contractual agreements, confidentiality agreements, corporate procedures, policies and programs
Providing procedural representation in court
Liaison with institutions and Company clients
Job Requirements:
Law University Degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge in compliance, employment, commercial and competition law
Excellent analytical and research skills
Fluency and legal working proficiency English
Proficient MS Office user
